Troubleshooting
Setup
Credentials rejected? Double-check the Organization Short Name, Client ID, Username, Password, Auth Domain, and Base Domain with your Simphony administrator. A single typo will cause the connection to fail.
Don't see your organization or location? Make sure the API credentials have access to the correct organization and location. Your Simphony administrator can verify the permissions.
Setup link not working? Try a different browser or incognito window. If the link was from your provider, ask them for a fresh one.
Don't see your reservation system? Contact support@mozrest.com to check compatibility.
Not sure which revenue center or tender to select? Ask your Simphony administrator — they can confirm the correct settings for your location.
After setup
Reservations not appearing on POS?
- Make sure the reservation system setup is fully complete
- Check that the reservation has a table assigned
- Allow a moment for the sync
- Contact support@mozrest.com if the issue persists
Walk-ins not detected? Allow up to 2 minutes — detection runs every 60 seconds.
Orders appearing under the wrong revenue center? Each location and revenue center is configured during setup. Contact support@mozrest.com to update the configuration.
"Authentication failed" error after setup was working? Your API credentials may have been rotated or expired. Ask your Simphony administrator to verify, then reconnect through the setup guide.
Reconnecting
To reconnect, simply follow the setup guide again with a new link. The new connection replaces the old one — no data is lost.
