Troubleshooting

Setup

Back Office login fails? Double-check your username, password, and tenant domain. The domain must end in .geideapos.net. Make sure you have admin permissions.

Don't see your store? Check that the Back Office account you are using has access to the correct store.

Floor plan ID rejected? Floor plan UUIDs must belong to the store you selected in step 2. Verify the IDs in your Geidea Back Office floor plan settings.

Open API credentials not working? Make sure Open API is enabled in Back Office under Settings > Open API. The username and API key must match exactly.

Setup link not working? Try a different browser or incognito window. If the link was from your provider, ask them for a fresh one.

After setup

Reservations not appearing on POS?

  1. Make sure the reservation system setup is fully complete
  2. Check that the reservation has a table assigned
  3. Allow a moment for the sync
  4. Contact support@mozrest.com if the issue persists

Order updates not syncing back? If updates stop arriving, verify your Open API credentials are still active and reconnect by going through the setup guide again.

Reconnecting

To reconnect, simply follow the setup guide again with a new link. The new connection replaces the old one — no data is lost. Both the admin and the tech/installer may need to be involved again.
